jeetbauzz Terms and Conditions

1General Terms

jeetbauzz (referred to herein as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider offering cricket betting, live casino and slot gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on or using any service of the jeetbauzz platform you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please refrain from using our platform.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form the complete agreement. In the event of any conflict these main terms and conditions shall take precedence.

jeetbauzz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with or without reasonable notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2Account Registration and Personal Information

Creating a personal account is required to use services on jeetbauzz. The following applies to the registration process:

• Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts all of them will be cancelled and the balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• Your name, date of birth, national ID number and contact details must be accurate.
• As part of the account verification process we reserve the right to verify your identity document or other supporting documents.
• The account is for personal use only. Managing an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets on someone else's behalf is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetbauzz may carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time if needed. Verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals or for large transactions. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds.

3Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register and use services on jeetbauzz you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming and betting activities must be legally permitted where you reside.
• You must bet with your own money — using borrowed funds or funds from illegal sources is prohibited.
• You are not subject to any military or government restrictions.

For age verification purposes we may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. Opening an account with a false age is a serious violation and will result in account cancellation and full balance forfeiture.

4Account Security and Password

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below for your security:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Do not use weak passwords (such as 123456 or your own name).
• Always log out after signing in from a shared or public device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity report it to the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

jeetbauzz will never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone asks for this information treat it as a phishing attempt and notify our support immediately. Our system is protected by SSL encryption.

5Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on jeetbauzz are fully secure and fast. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come from the account holder's own payment method only.
• Depositing using a third-party payment method is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• jeetbauzz reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any balance linked to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be declined without a change of deposit method or additional verification.
• If only the original deposited amount is withdrawn without the bonus, the applicable bonus will be cancelled.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeetbauzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are provided under specific terms and conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• To withdraw the bonus you must complete wagering of 15 times the total bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can be received once per account only.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions — please read them before claiming a bonus.
• One account, device, IP address or multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse is found, jeetbauzz reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the unused bonus will be removed.
• jeetbauzz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Program

The jeetbauzz VIP program has 4 tiers. Each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Regular active use of the platform is required to move to a higher tier. The decision to change a tier is entirely at the discretion of jeetbauzz. Cashback benefits may have their own wagering conditions.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on jeetbauzz are governed by specific rules. All users must follow these rules.

7.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

• The decisions of official sports bodies are considered final in determining bet outcomes.
• Live odds may change after a match begins and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, jeetbauzz will settle it in accordance with prevailing rules.
• Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the result is stored on the server and applied accordingly.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) also apply.
• jeetbauzz may temporarily suspend services at any time for game maintenance or upgrades.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a betting or gaming result, you must submit it within 72 hours via live chat or email. jeetbauzz will review all relevant logs and records and reach a decision, which will be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbauzz platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited:

• Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate the system using bots, software or strategic methods.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or coordinated activity to gain bonus benefits.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence or participating in influencing the outcome of any match.
• Platform Hacking: Identifying or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Third-Party Funds: Operating an account using another person's money.
• False Information: Falsifying identity or any other personal information.

9Privacy and Personal Data Protection

jeetbauzz gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. We maintain full transparency about how we collect, store and use your data.

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is not shared except where required by law or for security reasons.
• All data is protected through SSL encryption.
• Your information is used only for account management, transaction processing, and relevant communications.

10Limitation of Liability

jeetbauzz provides services on an "as is" basis and the following limitations of liability apply:

• jeetbauzz is not responsible for any loss caused by technical issues, server failures, or internet connection disruptions.
• jeetbauzz is not directly responsible for any issues caused by third-party game providers.
• jeetbauzz does not accept responsibility for any account loss resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
• jeetbauzz will not provide any compensation for gambling losses.
• jeetbauzz is not liable if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or government directives.

11Account Closure and Restrictions

jeetbauzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to verify the account or providing false information.
• Instructions from legal authorities or a court order.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure or under responsible gaming).

12Changes and Amendments to Terms
